INTRODUCTION:
High Weir Type Screw Classifier Application
Widely
applied to separation plants, the classifier and cyclone are combined
with ball mill to form a closed circuit to classify the ore, or they are
used in the gravity concentrator for classifying the ore and fine silt,
for grain size classification of ore pulp in the metal dressing flow,
and for the processes like desliming and dewatering in the washing
operation.
High Weir Type Screw Classifier Working Principle
After
fine grinding of pulp from is located in the central depression area of
inlet into the sink, inclined installation of tank bottom is pulp
sizing subsidence area, screw rotation at low speed, the mixing effect
to the pulp, the light to the upper fine particles in suspension, flow
to the overflow Edge overflow weir, and into the next procedure,
processing, heavy particles sinking to the bottom of the channel, by the
spiral to the discharge port as the sand return discharge.
High Weir Type Screw Classifier Features
(1). Simple structure, reliable running and easy operation.
(2). It mechanically
classifies through the mechanism of different sedimentation speed of
solid particle in liquid due to different size and different specific
gravity.
(3). It can classify the
ground material powder from the grinder, spiral the coarse grain into
material inlet of grinder through the spiral chip, and discharge the
classified fine grain from overflow surface.
(4). Its base is made from channel steel, and its body is welded from steel plate.
(5). The lower support of spiral bearing is of engine-bearing structure of good wear resistance and durability
(6). The lifting device is of electric and manual mode.
