Immerged Type Spiral Classifier Introduction
According to the liquid height of classification on the surface, spiral classifier can be divided into high weir and immerged (or submerged) two kinds.
The bottom of the spiral blade of immersion classifier completely immersed in the liquid level, classification area is large and stable, suitable for fine grained level classification, grading granularity below 0.15 mm.
Immerged Type Spiral Classifier Application
Widely applied to separation plants, the classifier and cyclone are combined with ball mill to form a cloased circuit to classify the ore, or they are used in the gravity concentrator for classifying the ore and fine silt, for grain size classification of ore pulp in the metal dressing flow, and for the precesses like desliming and dewatering in the washing operation, with such features as simple structure, reliable running and convenient operation.
Immerged Type Spiral Classifier Working Principle
Spiral classifier by means of different solid particle sizes, different gravity and thus have different principles in settling velocity of the liquid, the fine ore particles floating in the water to overflow out of the coarse ore particles sink to the bottom. By a spiral toward the upper part of the discharge, to a hierarchical classification of mechanical equipment, the mill can grind the material powder level in the filter, and then use the coarse material helix piece rotary vane screw mill feed opening, the filter out the fine material discharged from the overflow pipe.
